Turriff United were on the wrong side of a 5-1 thrashing at the hands of Fraserburgh yesterday, in a reversal of the scoreline when the clubs met at Turriff earlier in the season.
In a game spoiled by sleet, snow rain and a gale force wind, United were never at the races and were 4-0 down at the break. A consolation own goal by the Broch keeper was not enough to lift the spirits of a frozen United support.
